Adjustment
An adjustment includes a full spinal adjustment. Dr Heather uses Thompson drop, activator, flexion/distraction, and diversified techniques.

Cold Laser
Cold laser (low-level laser therapy) uses wavelengths of light to stimulate healing of the tissues without generating heat. Cold laser is commonly used to reduce pain, inflammation, and promote tissue repair.

Orthotic Fittings
Orthotics are shoe inserts that help the body by providing support to the feet. This improved alignment and distributes pressure more evenly during movement. Orthotics may alleviate discomfort from conditions like flat feet, plantar fasciitis, overpronation, and shin splints. We have a foot scanner to order the orthotics custom to your body.
