Our Team.
Primghar Chiropractic was established in 2003. The team has expanded by adding receptionist and a massage therapist.
Dr Heather grew up on a farm outside Sutherland, Iowa. She did her undergrad at Northwestern College in Orange City and graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. My family consists of 3 daughters: Kaeley, Whitney, Lindsey and husband Tony. I enjoy camping, boating, golfing, and my daughters sporting events.
I use the Diversified Technique including Thompson Drop, Activator, Manual and Flexion Distraction. I enjoy treating patients from newborn to elderly.
Becky grew up outside Hospers, IA on a farm. Her husband, Andy, and children Emmet, Will, and Jolie live in Sutherland. She has been a licensed massage therapist for over a decade.

Brenda lives with her husband Dale and her Puggle, Spud, outside Calumet, Iowa on a farm. She has been working the front desk since 2022. She enjoys cross stitching, crocheting, and knitting. She also enjoy watching old movies and reading books.
Jean lives in Paullina, IA with her husband Randy and her cat, George. She has been working the front desk one day a week since 2019. In her free time she enjoys golfing, riding and grooming horses, and watching movies. She also loves to visit with friends and is always willing to drive anyone to their out of town appointments.
